Steps to Find Products on TaoBao.com

OK. Now we’re going down step by step to demonstrate how to find products on Taobao.com. There are two ways to find products to buy: the first way is to browse by category, which will be introduced in step #5; the other way is to search with keywords, which will be introduced in step #6. You can select the way you prefer.

1. Launch your Chrome Browser, and navigate to: http://www.taobao.com

2. Once the page is loaded, Chrome will pop up a hit which would allow you to translate the page into your local language. Here we are taking English for example（You may also want it to be Russian if you are from Russia）. If no hit was popped up for you to enable translation, please right click on the blank part of the page and select “Translate to English” from the dropdown menu.

5. Find the products by category(Method1)

a.) Just click on the category name in the Taobao.com index page, you will be navigated to the product primary category page.

c.) In the product listing page, you can filter the products by selecting the different criteria.

d.) Click on any of the listed product images, you will open the product information page with more images and deｓｃｒｉｐｔion for the specific product. (Note: all the price listed on the page is valued by CNY, not dollar, even though it’s displayed as $, which was mistaken by translating tool)

e.) If you are interested in this product and want to buy it, copy the information page link to our system to add a new order, we will buy it for you within 24 hours. When copying the page link, you may also need to specify the size, color, quantity, and any other info of the product, if needed.

6. Find the products by Search(Method2)
a.) Firstly, you have to keep in mind that Chinese Character keywords should be used in Taobao’s search. English keywords will only bring much fewer results. Well, we know you may not able to type Chinese, so we have already solved the problem for you.
