What Do I Need To Do If My Order Is Invalid?

Once you submit your order, our purchaser team will review them and contact the shop owner (the real seller) to determine if this order is possible. However, if we found there was no possibility to purchase the product in this order, our purchaser would set the order as "Invalid".

Invalid orders need to be cancelled and all the related cost will be returned to your account. If you still want the products in those orders, you need to find another source and submit new orders instead.
