What do I need to pay if I shop products here?
You need to pay the following costs:
First Payment: 1. product item cost;  2. China domestic shipping fee
Second Payment: 3. service fee;  4. international shipping fee

Optional: 5. international insurance fee;  6. warehouse storage fee.

1-4 are needed to be paid by everyone; but 5-6 are optional. (We strongly suggest you to pay international insurance fee to get your parcel safer.  The insurance fee is really cheap.)

I press "received" casually, while I have not got my parcel yet, is it ok?
It doesn’t matter, dear. When you get your parcel, please leave feedback on our website.

How long can you keep my items in your company?

Now we can keep your items at most for 3 months .

Please submit delivery for them as soon as possible. 3 months later, we will charge storage fee (10% of the total product cost and domestic shipping fee within China). But 6 months later, we will not continue to keep them. SVIP member is having exception and we do not charge storage fee from SVIP members.
