Can I change my Email address?
Yes, you can. Please sign in, and go to “Edit Email” on the left side in the member center, and you will be able enter the new e-mail address.

Can I change my user name?
Sorry, you will not be able to. Once your user name is selected, it cannot be changed. Please choose it carefully before you register.

What should I do if I forget my password?
You can create a new password by clicking here or “Forgot Password” link in the login page. Follow the steps indicated by the page and reset your password.

How do I change my password?
After signing in, please go to “Change Password” on the left side in the member center, and you will be able enter the new password.

How do I change my profile picture?
After signing in, go to “Edit Personal Profile” on the left side of the page. Click Browse to find the picture you’d like to use and click Upload. The size of the picture should be less than 1M and only .jpg, .bmp, .gif extensions are allowed.
