Browse the taobao.com or 1688.com to find the products you want to purchase. There are three ways to add the products into FSC's shopping cart:

1.Copy the item URLs and paste them into FSC's Add New Order page;
2.Use Easy Order Tool to add them into FSC's shopping cart;
3.If you are already having an excel list of items you want to purchase, you can import it into FSC's shopping cart in Add Batch Orders page.

If you are going to purchase the items regularily, you can also add the items into FSC's Favorites page from shopping cart so that you can make quick ordering in next purchase.

  • How to translate Chinese Taobao or 1688.com into English site?

    Reading Chinese web pages is no longer difficult for you now with translation tools' help, even if you can not speak or read Chinese at all. Usually the translation tools can help you translate the whole webpage into English or any other language you speak. We suggest you use Google Chrome browser's built-in translation function or google toolbar's translation function.   • How to find products from Taobao?

    You can browse or search products on Taobao.com. Usually we use Taobao's search function to find the items we want. Very similar to any other shopping site, you can just input the keywords and click the search button to bring out the search results. However, you MUST be aware that you need to translate the keywords into Chinese and then paste into taobao's search text box before you click the search button so that the search can run well. If you input English keywords directly, taobao will only try bringing out the results with the English keywords included, which means there will be far fewer products brought out. This is a computer technical limitation. Chinese characters and English characters are treated equally as different characters in taobao system and taobao won't translate them automatically. To make it easier, FSC provides an intermediate page in which you can just input the language you speak and it will be translated into Chinese before the related taobao search result page is brought out.   • How to find products from 1688.com?

    You can browse or search products on 1688.com, which is also called alibaba.cn. Usually we use search function to find the item we want. Very similar to any other shopping site, you can just input the keywords and click the search button to bring out the search results. Step 1 B. Contact FSC to Confirm Third Party Shipping Forwarder

Before you decide to cooperate with the Third Party Shipping Forwarder, you need to contact FSC for further confirmation. FSC will help try contacting the Third Party Shipping Forwarder to double confirm if they are able to offer the shipping you want and handle the procedures of customs declarance, conpulsary commodity inspection and customs clearance.

Also, the Third Party Shipping Forwarder's warehouse address will be collected in this step and remarked on your FSC member account. FSC only suggest users to begin purchase after all information is confirmed safe to avoid being stuck in any step.

  • Where can I find a third party shipping forwarder?

    Usually you can google it or find it from wholesale related online communities or groups. Or even you may get more information from your friends.

  • Why FSC is still needed if third party shipping forwarder can help shipping products?

    FSC is running a professional workflow to handle the purchase jobs, which includes payment, communication with suppliers, surface inspection, return/change/refund, items consolidation and re-packaging. Usually shipping forwarders focus on shipping related jobs and not handling the purchase jobs which FSC does. Therefore, if you are a wholesaler and want to purchase in large quantity, you can use both FSC's professional purchase service and shipping forwarder's shipping service to make the whole thing through and lower down the total cost.

  • Who will be responsible for the procedures of customs declarance and customs clearance?

    Currently FSC's service is not including handling the customs declarance and clearance, which is actually another complicated procedure. Usually third party company will be introduced to handle it. Even many shipping forwarders can handle the customs declarance and clearance. Some of our users are using their services to make it. Considering the cost and complexity, we also suggest users to find the third party shipping forwarder who can handle customs related procedures in both China customs and destination customs.

  • Do I need Certificate of Origin? Who can make it?

    You need to consultant your local customs to see if Certificate of Origin is needed before you place orders. If needed, you need to let FSC know so that FSC will also help to review it. There are many companies can make the CO as long as the necessary information is provided. But we suggest you have your shipping forwarder to make it which will be much easier for you, considering the they are having all the documents needed and you need to keep all the data consistent.

  • Who will provide the Commercial Invoice and Packing List?

    Commercial Invoice and Packing List will be needed in both customs declarance and clearance procedures. As part of the material for customs procedures, it's suggested for the company who is responsible for customs declarance and clearance to make it, usually users' shipping forwarders. FSC will provide the information FSC has to help them make the Commercial Invoice and Packing List.

  • Why the shipping forwarder's contact is needed?

    In order to make the purchase and shipping go smoothly, FSC will also contact your shipping forwarder to double confirm if they can get all the things done without problems, especially the customs declarance and clearance. Even sometimes FSC will help to confirm the conditions of Commodity Inspection required by China customs to avoid being stuck.

Step 2. Submit Orders & Make 1st Payment

Fill your forwarder's warehouse address information and accept the conditions and terms to submit the orders into FSC's purchase workflow. 1st payment will be made in this step and orders will be taken care of by FSC's purchasers afterwards.

  • What are 1st payment and 2nd payment?

    FSC has been frequently asked for total cost quotation before new users place orders. Unfortunately, FSC is unable to answer this question directly as the shipping cost is unknown to FSC either. FSC is only a purchase agent not a direct seller and there is no item weight and volume data in hand, which decides the shipping cost. In order to make all the cost data accurate, FSC's workflow designed two payments: 1st payment and 2nd payment. The 1st payment is for the item cost and domestic shipping from seller to FSC warehouse; the 2nd payment is for international shipping and FSC's service charge.   • When and How to Add Funds?

    If you are using credit cards to make payments, you can just go to the shopping cart and follow the steps guided by the pages to finish the payments just like you did in any other online shopping site. The payments will be instantly finished with credit cards. If you are going to make payments via Western Union, MoneyGram, Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Transfer), you will need to Add Fund to FSC member account before you place orders as these payment methods are not instant and need some time to get the funds arrive. The funds will be added into FSC's member account and you can later use the member account balance to make the 1st payment and 2nd payment.   • How to use credit card to make the payment?

    Just like you ever did on other shopping sites, when you go to the shopping cart after the items are put into it, you will be guided to make the payment. In the payment confirmation page, you only need to select Visa, MasterCard or JCB, depending on your card type, and follow the other steps to input the accurate card information and billing information to finish the payment. Be Aware: FSC does not store you credit card information. Instead, FSC directs you to Alipay Cashier page to finish the card information. Alipay Cashier page is highly secured by Alipay's system so your card information is highly protected and even FSC is not aware of your card information at all. This is a technology for protecting sensitive information, in this way, even if FSC site was hacked, hackers would have no chance to get your card information and your card information is always safe. Alipay is the largest online payment platform in China, probably will be the No. 1 in the world in future. It's highly trusted.   • What is the purchase limitation?

    FSC can purchase most items which are not violating China and destination country laws. Besides, the following are limited for purchasing: Liquid, Cream, Powder, Chemical and other sensitive items defined by shipping companies.   • Do I need to input the shipping forwarder's address information instead of my own?

    Yes, it's suggested that you input your shipping forwarder's warehouse address if you are going to have FSC to hand over your items to your shipping forwarder later. The address information should be accurate and will be reviewed by FSC.

FSC will review the orders submitted and accept them if they are not violating the conditions and limitations. In the purchase process, purchasers may ask for additional information by sending messages on the orders if needed. If item cost or shipping price needs to be changed, purchasers will also send messages.

Usually the purchase process takes about 3-5 workdays. However, if the seller is making delays or the order is complicated(for example, a customized item), it may take longer time. When the items arrive in FSC's warehouse, FSC's warehouse folks will perform surface inspection on the items. Return, change, refund or other actions will be made if problematic orders were found.

  • How can I know when my items are in FSC's warehouse?

    Usually retail items arrive in FSC warehouse in 3-5 days after sellers shipped out in time. Some special items and wholesale items may take longer time. Especially those items which will be produced by factories after the orders are placed will take much longer time. Once the items arrive in FSC warehouse, FSC warehouse will update the order status to be "Arrived" after surface/integrity inspection. Any problematic item will be put into "Return/Change" queue for further actions. Therefore, you can sign in FSC member center and check the order status in "My Orders" page.

  • What is the China domestic shipping price?

    China domestic shipping starts at 12CNY as the first 1kg weight, and 8-12CNY for every additional kilo. However, usually wholesale sellers may get discount from domestic express companies so the price may be even cheaper. 12CNY is charged as minimum domestic shipping for every parcel from taobao.com and 15CNY for every parcel from 1688.com when you place order on FSC system. If the real domestic shipping fee from seller is higher than it, FSC purchaser will adjust the cost and send you a notification/message on the specific order.   • Are the items from same seller charged for one total China domestic shipping?

    Yes, the domestic shipping cost is only charged once if you purchase multiple items at the same time from the same seller. However, you need to be aware you need to submit the orders to the same seller together in the same order list to have the orders share the one domestic shipping. If you submit them in different order lists, the domestic shipping cost will be charged separately. The minimum is 12CNY for taobao orders and 15CNY for 1688.com orders, which is charged by FSC system by default. If the real cost is higher, adjustement along with notification/message will be sent to you on the specific order/seller.

  • Can I cancel the orders?

    If the order status is "pending" or "invalid", you can cancel the order freely. Otherwise, you need to confirm with FSC purchaser to see if the order can be cancelled. If the order is already shipped out by seller, canceling the order means the loss of round trip domestic shipping cost and a series of communication and procedures on Taobao platform which will result in 20% of service charge.   • How do you guarantee the item's quality?

    Integrity/Surface inspection will be performed when every item arrives in FSC warehouse. Any damaged/incorrect/defected and other inferior item will be moved into Return/Change queue for further actions. Only non-problematic items will be marked in "Arrived" status for further shipping. However, FSC only focus on integrity/surface inspection on general items, and the following issues will be ignored: 1. Function disability (For example, a cell phone is not functioning well); 2. Material natures (For example, clothes is made up with low quality material and return to seller for change won't bring any difference); 3. Style design and slight color difference (return for change won't bring any difference.). It's suggested that you walk around too cheap items and look into the item description carefully before you place orders. If you are wholesaler, it's suggested that you purchase some samples before large orders.   • Why my items stay in FSC's warehouse instead of being shipped to me?

    After your items have arrived in FSC warehouse, you need to select them and submit for shipping before FSC can package your items and ship them. This is also a second chance for you to organize your shipments, especially if you are a wholesaler or reseller who purchase regularly. Usually you will organize your shipments well by considering the following: 1. Item's packaging safety; 2. Item's urgency; 3. Shipping cost; 4. Customs clearance safety and cost.

  • Can I consolidate the orders and ship them together?

    Of course you can. You can place orders for purchase in different order lists/batches and later select them together for shipping when all of them are arrived. It's fully supported by FSC system and it's very flexible to you. But be aware, you need to submit shipping by selecting them together instead of submit shipping one by one. Every successful attempt of submit shipping will generate a packaging/shipping request which instructs FSC warehouse to make one separate packaging. Therefore, make sure you select all the items together if you want them consolidated. Adding an item to an existing parcel will be charged for additional fee at minimum of 30CNY. Please try best to avoid this additional cost.

  • Why the order is in Return/Change status?

    The reason is that the item is with problems. It can be damaged, incorrect or of other problems. Usually purchaser will contact you when the item is incorrect, to confirm if you can accept it. If the item is damaged or of other problem that can not be solved, it will be returned for change or refund by default. FSC will expose the issue to you as much as possible, and you can also send message to purchaser for more details. FSC does not charge for return/change operations. FSC does it for you for COMPLETELY FREE besides integrity/surface inspection.

  • How do I get refund from the invalid orders?

    When the order is marked as "Invalid", you can just simply click the "X" in the head of the order to delete the order and get the item cost returned to your member account on FSC system. If you further want to get the money back to your credit card or send back to you via bank, you can submit a Withdraw Fund request to make it. After your items arrive in FSC's warehouse, you need to select them to organize your shipments and submit them for shipping. A shipping request will be generated for tracking and you will see it in My Parcels page. Till now, your items are already in shipping workflow and you can wait for the items to be packaged and weighed by FSC warehouse folks.

  • Can I cancel the parcel or shipment?

    If the parcel record is displayed as "Unweighed", you can cancel it freely by clicking the "Cancel It" link. When the parcel record's status has changed to others, you can not cancel it as it has been handled or is being handled. If you insist to cancel it, you need to contact FSC customer service to make it, which will also cause additional fee based on the jobs FSC warehouse did and the cost of the packaging material wasted. Therefore, please organize your shipments well and avoid the additional cost.

  • Can I add more items into the existing parcel?

    If the parcel is in "Unweighed" status, you can cancel it directly and submit a new shipping request by selecting the other items together. If the parcel is in other status, we don't suggest you add other items into the parcel as FSC will charge additional fee at the minimum of 30CNY based on the jobs FSC warehouse did and the cost of the packaging material wasted. We suggest you organize your shipments well and avoid this additional cost.

  • Why some of the orders are not able to be selected for shipping?

    Only the items displayed as "Arrived" can be selected for shipping. "Arrived" status means the item has arrived in FSC warehouse and no problem was found after integrity/surface inspection.

FSC will package the items into parcels according to the packing list in the shipment your organized. Additional protection material will be added into packaging if needed. Usually the packaging can be finished within 24 hours. After it's done, weight and volume data will be added into system and the status of the parcel/shipping request will be changed to "Weighed".

  • Can I cancel the parcel or remove some items from the parcel?

    If the parcel record is displayed as "Unweighed", you can cancel it freely by clicking the "Cancel It" link. When the parcel record's status has changed to others, you can not cancel it as it has been handled or is being handled, which will cause additional fee if you insist to cancel it in that status. Therefore, please organize your shipments well to avoid the additional cost. Removing some items from the parcel is not supported. You can cancel the parcel and re-submit shipping to make it indirectly.

  • Can I add more items into the parcel?

    If the parcel is in "Unweighed" status, you can cancel it directly and submit a new shipping request by selecting the other items together. If the parcel is in other status, we don't suggest you add other items into the parcel as FSC will charge additional fee at the minimum of 30CNY based on the jobs FSC warehouse did and the cost of the packaging material wasted. We suggest you organize your shipments well and avoid this additional cost.

  • Can I merge two of my parcels?

    The answer is yes, but it's not free. Additional cost at the minimum 30CNY will be charged for merge based on the jobs FSC warehouse did and the material wasted.

  • How will FSC package my items?

    After you have selected the item and submitted shipping, FSC warehouse will package your items into cartons according to the list of items you selected. Plastic bubble film and foam board will be added into the parcel if needed to protect your items. And weight and volume data will be updated into the system after the parcels are finished. Considering the shipping methods' weight and size limitation, FSC may package items into several parcels if there are too many orders submitted in one shipping request.

  • Why the weight is different from what I thought of it?

    Sometimes, you found the weight data is different from what you thought of it. The possible reason can be any of the following: 1. The item weight is really different from what you thought of it; 2. You didn't add the packaging material weight but only thought of the item net weight; 3. The item is with some special original packaging which makes the weight heavy, like wood gift box or shoe box. You can remark when placing orders to have FSC remove the original packaging to maximally reduce the weight if your items are for self use.

  • Will FSC package items into several parcels if I have many items?

    Usually, FSC will try package all the items in one shipping request into one carton. However, if there are too many items in the shipping request, these items will be packaged into several cartons because of the weight and size limitation from shipping companies.

This is the step for 2nd payment and confirmation on the China Domestic Shipping information. You need to make sure your shipping forwarder's warehouse address and contact is correct, preferrably with Chinese address attached as all China Domestic shipping companies only accept Chinese addresses.

If Marking is needed, make sure you input the Marking information in the remark field in 2nd payment page.

You can ignore the customs declarance CN22 form as independent commercial invoice and packaging list will be used later by your shipping forwarder. CN22 form is not needed here.

Appropriate domestic shipping method should be selected based on your needs and the conditions. Usually you can select China Domestic Express for parcels under 50kg and China Deppon Logistics for parcels above 50kg.

  • Can I ship to other shipping address rather than the previous one I entered?

    As long as the parcels are not shipped out yet, you still have the chance to change the address. In 2nd payment page, you can change to your new address, probably your new shipping forwarder's address. However, we suggest you confirm if your new shipping forwarder can handle customs declarance, customs clearance and commodity inspection smoothly to avoid being stuck before changing the address.

  • Which shipping method shall I choose?

    If the parcel is under 50kg, usually you can just select China Domestic express to ship the parcels to your shipping forwarder. If there are several parcels or the total weight is above 50kg, you can select Deppon Logistic to ship to your shipping forwarder. The Deppon Logistics starts at 50kg and the cost is usually much cheaper than that of China Domestic express. For detailed Deppon Logistics cost, you may want to contact FSC customer service for more details before shipping as it depends on weight, volume and destination. Alternatively, some shipping forwarders can even offer picking up service which you may also want to consider.

  • How can I cut down the domestic shipping?

    To cut down the domestic shipping, you can do the following:
    1. Ship the items together to make the parcels above 50kg so that you can use Deppon Logistics.
    2. Contact the shipping forwarder who is having the warehouse near Tianjin port or other ports close to Beijing.

  • How long time can I leave my parcels in FSC's warehouse before making the 2nd payment?

    FSC will keep the items for you for three months for free. If longer time you want to keep the items in FSC warehouse, additional storage fee will be charged after three months. But be aware, items/parcels will be disposed after one year if they are still here. Therefore, make sure you arrange your shipping appropriately and ship your parcels ASAP.

  • What is Marking? Is it necessary?

    Marking is used to recognize your parcels from others by your shipping forwarder. It's usually defined as a special code by shipping forwarder with you, for example: NPXC/356SANDRA/AIR. Sometimes, phone number and final receiver name are also included in marking. You need to confirm with your shipping forwarder to see if marking is necessary. If yes, make sure you notify FSC with the marking code so that FSC will write the marking code on the parcels before shipping out to your forwarder.

After the 2nd payment is made, FSC will ship the parcels to your shipping forwarder's warehouse address you specified in the 2nd payment page. Usually the domestic shipping takes 3-5 workdays and you are able to track it with the domestic shipping tracking number uploaded by FSC. If any other information is needed, FSC will help you make it or pass it to your shipping forwarder.

  • How to track my parcels with the domestic shipping tracking number?

    All domestic shipping can be tracked in the related official sites with the tracking number. The official site depends on the China domestic express company adopted. If you are not sure of it, you can contact FSC customer service for more information.

  • Where is my parcel after FSC have shipped it?

    The parcels can be tracked with tracking number, so usually it is not problem. After the parcels are delivered to your shipping forwarder, you need to contact your shipping forwarder to confirm where the parcels are and FSC is usually unable to track it any more at that time.

After your shipping forwarder has received the parcel, you can further contacting them to ship your parcels to your real destination address. FSC's jobs are completed when your shipping forwarder receives the parcel. You need to contacting the shipping forwarder for details of customs declarance, shipping, customs clearance and other information or paper works.
