Since we are a shopping agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service (service@FreeShoppingChina.com) within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
Note: On these conditions, we don’t accept your returning:
1.The clothing is the same as the details, but the clothing brand is different.
2.The letter location printed on the clothing has a few centimeters deviation.
How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to service@FreeShoppingChina.com within 3 days upon receiving your parcel. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from FreeShoppingChina.com.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, and you will be responsible for return shipping and custom taxes if any. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the following address along with a note containing your information and the reason for return in the parcel.

2. Your account name on FreeShoppingChina.com
3. Your phone number.
4. Trace number of your parcel you sent.
5. Product ID & Return reason;
When will I get the refund after I returned goods?
After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within three working days along with an email sent to you, if there is no further problem.
