All parcels might be held and checked when arrive in destination customs. They may charge import duties for your parcel. We will take reasonable operations to avoid taxes for saving your time and money. But we do NOT promise to take action for customs clearance.

If your parcel is going to be charged for customs duties, taxes, please pay for it by yourself. FreeShoppingChina.com takes no responsibility for this situation.

How to avoid duties/taxes?


1. Control the parcel weight

It might be high possibility for a parcel over 10kg to be held or checked by customs. Generally, we will separate packaging for your order, if all your list items weight over 10kg.

2. Mark Gift.
We will mark parcels as gift in normal situation if buyer requests.

3. Cut off tags.
We will cut off item's price tags if buyer give this request.

4. Avoid fake/replica items
