Spring Festival is the No.1 festival in China, and it is also the only chance for the majority of the work force to return to their home town to reunite with their families and celebrate the arrival of the new year. Everything will come to a standstill during Chinese New Year(All sellers will stop handling new orders), so Free Shopping China team would like to take the opportunity to have a long awaited holiday.

In the holidays, you can:
1. Continue to source the products you want to buy/purchase on taobao or 1688.com, and submit orders into our website purchase workflow. These new orders will be handled after 6th Feb. 2014.
2. You can still submit shipping request if some of your orders are arrived in our warehouse. These shipping requests will be handled after 6th Feb. 2014.
3. Send us your question or concerns on the purchase if there is. We will reply ASAP.
Before the holidays:
1. If you wish to have arrived items to be sent first without waiting for all to arrive, please submit shipping as soon as possible so that we will pack them early.
2. The last batch of packages to leave our office will be on 27th Feb 2014 at 10:00AM Beijing time (GMT +8:00).
We will be back work on 6th Feb 2014.
