This is update on Dec 24th:
OMG! Well, this is really embarrassing that the payment gateway is still not online yet. We are pushing Alipay staff everyday and their process is too complicated which takes too long time. The Alipay staff said on Dec 24th that it will be finished very soon. We are hoping this "very soon" is really very soon.
In the meanwhile, we are also applying for another payment gateway from another payment company as a backup to avoid this kind difficulties in future.
This is update on Dec 16th:
We brought the new payment gateway online on Dec 15th and were able to receive payments(Some users already made the payment successfully). However, we were notified by Alipay that some changes on the bank account settings are needed and the payment gateway needs to be temporarily take offline again. Therefore, we are bringing up the reminder on the page top again to let everyone know this change. We are urging the Alipay to finish it ASAP, and the estimation of recovery is set to Dec 24th.
The following is the history:

The old Alipay payment gateway contract has expired on Nov 25th, 2015, currently online payments with Visa and Mastercard are temporarily unavailable.
We are contacting Alipay to renew the payment gateway contract. On Dec 3rd, the new contract was signed after Alipay's inspection on our website. However, FSC was asked to move to a Alipay's new payment gateway channel as the old payment gateway was no longer as a service from Alipay any more.
The new payment gateway API is being integrated by FSC technician now. According to Alipay, the contract with the new payment gateway still needs about 10 days to walk through Alipay's internal process. The new estimation of the recovery is on Dec 14th. We are also keeping following up and asking Alipay to speed up as much as possible.
The Business Impact: Online payments with Visa And Mastercard are not able to be made during this period before new payment gateway contract takes effect.
Temporary WorkAround: 1. If your order is urgent, please try using Western U-nion temporarily.
2. Postpone your orders or shipping request till the new payment gateway contract takes effect.
We are sorry for this inconvenience. We will be updating this progress.
Additionally, we are also making the following compensation to users who are having parcels pending for 2nd payment and willing to postpone the shipment till our new online payment gateway is ready(Estimation is On Dec 14th.):
1. We will offer 10USD coupon to Non-VIP users and 15USD coupon to VIP users.
2. The 1st payment of the items in the parcels must have been paid via Visa or Mastercard.
3. The coupon will be available after the new payment gateway is ready.
4. When applying for the coupon, it means users accept to postpone the shipment till new payment gateway's ready(VIP users are not having this restriction).

The following is update of the progress on Dec 14th:
1. By Dec 12th, FSC had already integrated the new Alipay payment gateway.
2. FSC urged Alipay to speed up on FSC's merchant account on Alipay's new production system.
3. Currently FSC is pending the merchant account. Once it's released, the payment gateway will be working at once.
4. We are resetting the estimation date to be Dec 16th temporarily and will keeping urging Alipay.
