Spring Festival Holiday Plan in 2017

Dear FSC Users,

Thank you for purchasing with us in the past 2016.

Chinese Spring Festival holiday is coming soon in 2017, more and more shops, domestic logistic companies, factories are running slower and later finally standstill after Jan 15th. FSC is also going to be in holiday based on the official holiday schedule and our shipping partner's plan:

Holiday:
Jan 25th - Feb 3rd.

Workday:
Jan 22nd - Jan 24th;
Feb 4th - .

Chinese Spring Festival holiday is the longest holiday in China and most people will go back hometown to spend with their families. The biggest business impact of the holiday is that it delays everything, especially that factories will take more than one month to get recovered. If you are wholesalers to import products from China, make sure you make your plans appropriately.


On FSC site, you can still do the following in the holiday:
1. Continue to source the products you want to buy/purchase on taobao or 1688.com, and submit orders into our website purchase workflow. These new orders will be handled after Feb 4th, 2017.
2. You can still submit shipping request if some of your orders are arrived in our warehouse. These shipping requests will be handled after Feb 4th, 2017.
3. Send us your question or concerns on the purchase if there is. We will try arrange resource in the holiday to reply ASAP.

Before the holidays:
1. If you wish to have arrived items to be shipped first without waiting for all to arrive, please submit shipping as soon as possible so that we will package them early.
2. The last batch of parcels will leave our warehouse around Jan 24th, 2017 at 10:00AM Beijing time (GMT +8:00). This is for international shipping only. Domestic shipping companies will have already stopped before Jan 20th.
