Dear Users,
DHPay is recently under maintenance and has stopped accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, which is the payment gateway we have been using for years. Because of this, currently we are not able to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments. (When it's recovered, we will restore this function. However, it seems it won't be fixed in a short time.)
Impact:
1. All Visa, Mastercard, American Express card payments are not able to be proceeded.
2. Western U-nion transfer must have to be limited due to too frequent transfers recently.
Temporary Solution:
1. T/T(Wire Transfer of USD):For orders amount is above 1000USD, it's suggested you use T/T.
2. T/T(Wire Transfer of CNY): You will need to find your own transfer agent and transfer to our Chinese bank accounts, which is different from the Hongkong account for accepting USD. Your transfer agent must be able to make Chinese bank to Chinese bank transfer within China. If you have your agent who can make it, please contact service@freeshoppingchina.com for our account info.
3. Payssion: Payssion is more like a payment collection. There are many local payment methods in Payssion. You can try to see if you can find your local payment method in Payssion option.

Malaysia: E-banking
Indonesia: ATM,Alfamart,Doku
Philippines: Dragonpay
Singapore: e-Nets
Europe: EU bank transfer
Europe: Sofort
For new users or non-VIP users: If you found you are still not able to use the T/T or Payssion options, please put off the purchasing plan until DHPay fixes the issue, or check other purchase agent to place urgent orders.
For VIP users: Please also try best to use T/T or Payssion options. If you are still not able to use these options, we will have to use Western U-nion option as the last resort. However, Western U-nion will restrict accounts if there are too frequent transfers in short time so we don't encourage users to use. Please contact service@freeshoppingchina.com for new account info if you have to use it. (This option will only be available to VIP users temporarily to reduce the frequency.)
