How to Withdraw Funds

If you are no longer need to buy anything from China, you may want to withdraw fund from your member account on FreeShoppingChina.com. In order to do this, you need to submit Withdraw Fund Request to us.

The following are the steps to submit Withdraw Fund Request:

1. Sign in member center, and click “Withdraw Funds”, and you will be able to see the “Add a new Withdraw Fund Request”.

2. Click the link and you will be navigated to Withdraw Fund Request page. Fill the form and click submit to send the request.

3. After clicking "Submit" button, a popup dialog will come up telling you the result.

4. You can check the request history by clicking "Withdraw Funds" in the left side of the page in member center. Newly submitted request will be displayed as "Pending Review". When it's conducted, the status will be changed to "Completed".

5. The request will be responded within 24 hours and conducted within 3 days. Make sure your mailbox is available as we will send transfer information via Email.

Note:
1) If you add funds to your member account via credit card, you can ONLY withdraw money back to your credit card. We would not accept other money transfer method in this case.
2) If you add funds to your member account via Western U nion, MoneyGram, or other payment methods (credit cards are not included), you can choose Western U nion, MoneyGram to withdraw your funds.
