Can I Cancel My Orders?

To cancel your orders, you need to consider the order status:
Pending - You can cancel the order freely, and the cost will be returned to your account automatically.
Processing - You can not cancel the order freely. However, if the order keeps as "Processing" for more than 5 days, you can contact us to cancel it. We may not cancel it directly as this depends on the order itself. We will reply you if this order can be cancelled after contacting the shop owner.
On the Way - The order can not be cancelled.
Arrived - The order can not be cancelled.
Invalid - You need to cancel the order to get the cost returned to your account.

To the orders with the status as "Pending" or "Invalid", you only need to click the "X" in the head of the order entries and the cost will be returned instantly.
