How can I become a member to join FreeShoppingChina.com?
You need to go to the member registration page, and register to join us. Enter the necessary information and click “Sign Up”. A verification letter will be sent to your registered e-mail address, please click the activation link in your letter to activate your account. Then you will be a fully registered member and able to enjoy our service.

Can I change my Email address?
Yes, you can. Please sign in our website, Go to “Personal Profile” on the left side of the page. Then click “Change E-mail” on the top and enter your new e-mail address.

Can I change my user name?
Sorry, you will not be able to. Once your user name is selected, it cannot be changed. Please choose it carefully when you are filling out the registration form.

What should I do if I forget my password?
You can create a new password by clicking here or “Forgot Password” link in the login page. Follow the steps indicated by the page and reset your password.

I forgot my registered email address, what should I do?
1) If you have funds in that account, please contact our customer service (service@freeShoppingChina.com) and provide your user name.
2) If there is no fund inside, you can also register a new one with your new email address.

How can I change my password?
After logged in, please go to “Personal Profile” on the left side of the page. Choose “Change Password”, and then enter the current password as well as new password.

How long will my order be processed after it is made?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours after it’s been submitted.

What is exchange rate now?
The exchange rate is about 1CNY=0.156USD and is adjusted according to the Bank of China rates. You may want to refer to: Bank of China Exchange rates(http://www.boc.cn/sourcedb/whpj/enindex.html)

When should I tell you my shipping address?
When submitting shipping, you are required to fill in shipping information including shipping address. For more details, please refer to the topic: How to Submit & Pay Shipping

When should I pay the shipping fee?
After successfully placed your order, please pay attention to your order status. When order status changes to "Arrived", you can submit for shipping. How can I know if I can submit shipping?
After successfully placed your order , please pay attention to your order status. Only those items with the status "Arrived" can be submit for shipping. For more details, please refer to the topic: How to Submit & Pay Shipping

How much is your service fee?
Our service fee is 10%*(items fee +the domestic shipping fee), with the minimum of 30 CNY(around 5.6 USD).
